The Property

Perched on a cliff-top in the townland of Doonaghore near Doolin in County Clare, this traditional detached cottage was the birthplace of the Russell family, one of Ireland’s best-known family of traditional musicians. Full of character and charm, this Doolin cottage offers stone-flagged floors, a solid-fuel stove in an impressive stone hearth, vaulted ceiling and underfloor heating. Walkers will love the proximity to the Cliffs of Moher coastal path, which can be accessed directly from the owner’s land, while families will enjoy a day on Lahinch beach, or discovering the eerie landscape of The Burren.
