The Property

A detached, single storey cottage set in a rural location, just 1.5 miles from the award winning village of Terryglass in County Tipperary. This Terryglass holiday cottage has high timbered ceilings and two welcoming king-size double bedrooms. The open plan living area at this Terryglass cottage is the perfect place to rest your aching legs after a busy day exploring the area. Evenings can also be spent dining alfresco in the lawned garden at this Terryglass cottage, plus this is a chance to gather everyone together to reminisce about the day’s events. You and your guests will be able to walk through the nearby bog, plus the village of Terryglass is well worth exploring. There are two wells, which are said to have healing powers and enjoy a drink in one of the two pubs. The Lough Derg is the third largest lough in Ireland and is ideal for exploring on foot, sailing and fishing. The area has some excellent attractions including the Portumna Castle and Gardens, Rock of Cashel and the Cahir Castle, plus purchase gifts for friends or family members in the towns of Nenagh and Thurles.
