Lovingly renovated from an old school house, this lovely Cork cottage boasts a wealth of character features, and combined with the wonderful, seaside location, it makes a fantastic Irish vacation cottage. Take a trip to Skibbereen and sample some of the culinary delights on offer, visit the pretty shops and browse the local market, before returning to this wonderfully spacious Cork cottage to enjoy a BBQ in the large garden, with a glass of wine, taking in the picturesque sea views on a warm sunny evening. For those chilly nights, lighting the cosy woodburner and curling up with a good book is an ideal way to end a busy day, and the perfect way to wake up calm and refreshed, ready for another fun-filled day on the stunning west Cork coast. With the peace and tranquility of island life apparent the moment you open you door, you can relax and enjoy your cottage holiday; spend a day at The Reen, beautiful sandy beach and enjoy a spot of sailing, watch the fishermen land their catch in Bantry Bay, or venture a little further and enjoy all that is on offer in Cork City.
