Try your hand at a round of golf on the local course, get the ferry to Rathlin Island or visit the town’s Blue Flag beach, soak up the sun and see if you can spot Scotland on the horizon. You don’t have to venture far to see some of Northern Ireland’s main attractions, such as the Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and the Bushmills Distillery. Northern Ireland is also the backdrop for many scenes in the popular television show Game of Thrones, so why not see how many of the locations you can find. With Belfast just over an hour away you don’t have to go far to go to be in the heart of the action.
