Providing a traditional feel yet with the modern comforts of home, this charming cottage offers far-reaching countryside views from most rooms and makes a great base for families to explore the west coast of Ireland. This ground floor cottage boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, where the chefs of the group can whip up hearty meals without being left out as conversation flows around the dining table discussing the day’s adventures. If this doesn’t appeal, then you can take a walk along the one mile stretch of sandy beaches, dipping your feet into the Atlantic Ocean or spend the afternoon at one of the local golf courses. A ten minute drive from the cottage takes you to the market town of Ennistymon, where you can spend an afternoon looking around the local craft shops, visiting the art galleries or you can walk along the cascades of the River Inagh. There are several places to eat and you can finish off the day with a pint in one of the friendly pubs.
