This spacious property is situated 5 miles outside of Miltown Malbay, near the coastal village of Spanish Point in County Clare. Ideally located for exploring the west coast of Ireland and boasting panoramic views of the countryside, this property makes the perfect base for a large family gathering or group of friends. Any keen golfers in the group can spend the day perfecting their swing at the Spanish Point golf club, one of the oldest courses in Ireland. Escape for the day on one of the coastal walks within easy reach of the cottage, the stretches of sandy beaches go off into the distance. The rivers and lakes in the area are well known for the trout and salmon fishing, and the more adventurous in the party can hire a boat locally and try their hand at sea fishing. For an evening on the town, or a day spent browsing through independent shops, visit Ennis, described as ‘Ireland’s friendliest town’ where there is plenty to do for all the family. This excellent house is the perfect base for an action-packed or relaxing holiday, exploring this beautiful part of the country.
