This light and airy holiday home provides an excellent base for exploring this part of the Emerald Isle. All of the bedrooms have views of the bay, with one of these on the ground floor, plus there’s a bathroom downstairs and a shower room on the first floor. You’re assured of a good night’s sleep whatever bedroom you choose during your time here. The living area in this lovely cottage consists of a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, where you will find a warming solid fuel stove, which is ideal to relax in front of, whilst you plan what you wish to see or do during your Irish adventure. There’s also a conservatory you can enjoy a morning coffee in, or step outside and spend time in the lawned garden, which is an ideal place to unwind with a cold drink and a spot of alfresco dining during the summer months. The 121 mile Ring of Beara has great walks, beaches and scenery, and within reach is the town of Kenmare, which offers visitors a number of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, along with farmers’ markets, galleries and boutiques. Close by is the Star Outdoors Adventure Centre, where you will find a range of land and water activities, including mountain bike tracks, crazy golf, archery and paintball.
