The property

A fabulous, modern house set overlooking Mulroy Bay in the village of Kerrykeel in County Donegal, Ireland. This is a perfect place for families and friends to come and stay with its great facilities and beautiful location. Enter into the bright hallway of Mulroy Lodge and notice the fantastic childrens' den underneath the stairs with a little basketball hoop and plenty of toys for them to play with. This cottage comes with a comfortable sitting room, boasting cosy leathers sofas set in front of a traditional open fire and a TV to sit and watch in the evenings. There is also an open plan living area, it has a stylish and well-appointed kitchen, ample dining and another sitting area with a woodburning stove and a TV. The living area leads onto a luscious conservatory, providing plenty of seating and views over the garden, meaning you can sit and relax whilst the children run and play. The ground floor is complete with an attractive shower room and a well-presented double bedroom with an en-suite. The first floor presents you with three bright and airy bedrooms with tasteful bed linen and outstanding views towards the surrounding area, one of them has an en-suite. The interior of Mulroy Lodge is finished off with a stunning bathroom with a free-standing roll top bath. The outdoor area of the cottage is as good as the inside, there is an extensive lawn with a well-equipped play area, along with a decking area for you to sit and watch on with a glass of wine. Kerrykeel is a great place to base your holiday, it has pubs and shops as well as a fantastic beach for you and the family to enjoy. It is a rather remote village, but Letterkenny is within easy reach and offers great shopping and activities. Mulroy Lodge is a beautiful house in an idyllic area.
