Enjoying a superb location set upon the owner’s organic farm and with easy access into the town centre, Glebe Farm Cottage is a fantastic dog-friendly dwelling for couples or a family of four.

Leave your car in one of two off-road parking spaces before making your way into your new home.

Be welcomed into the sitting room, where you can look forward to evening’s relaxing on the plush seating in front of the crackling open fire as your favourite show plays out on the TV.

Conjure up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen/diner, ready to enjoy at the dining table for four over a celebratory bottle of fizz.

On warmer days, why not fire up the barbecue in the side garden and enjoy a spot of alfresco dining?

As the evening cools, make your way into the conservatory, where you can appreciate the lovely outlook towards the hen farm with chickens and alpacas roaming in the surrounding fields, it’s simply idyllic.

After a day of exploring, freshen up with a hot shower before catching your rest in one of two well-presented bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with plenty of storage for your belongings.

For a taste of city life, continue onto Newry, where you can enjoy leisurely strolls along Newry River, delve into history at the Newry and Mourne Museum, marvel at the remarkable Newry Cathedral, or tour the famous National Trust site of Derrymore House, a delightful house dating back to the 18th-century.

Take the drive over to Downpatrick, where you will find the attractions of The Saint Patrick Centre, the Downs Arts Centre, and the excellent St Patrick’s Golf Club.

Further afield is Armagh, where you can explore the museums of the Royal Irish Fusiliers, Armagh County Museum, visit the Armagh Observatory, or explore the fascinating ruins of Armagh Friary.

Found in the southern half of Northern Ireland in County Down is the delightful town of Rathfriland set within the beautiful scenery of the Mourne Mountains. Within the village you can find several takeaways, two shops, some cafes and several pubs scattered about making it a great little town centre to wander about when you need to pick a few things up. The Mournes have been voted "Northern Ireland's Favourite Walking Destination" in 2017 and in 2018, so you must pack your walking boots when you're travelling to this area so you can discover for yourself what all the fuss is about. There are a network of paths and tracks that cross over the mountain range which can be quire difficult, but the rewards come in the form of stunning lakes, valleys, rivers and reservoirs that will take your breath away. South west of Rathfriland is the city of Newry, the 'Gateway to the North', visit the Newry Cathedral, Slieve Gullion Forest Park for some outdoor fun, Newry and Mourne Museum for the local history and many more.
