This detached stone-built Ballinrobe cottage is set in the townland of Cappacurry, just two miles from an historic, market town in County Mayo. This 100 year old Ballinrobe holiday cottage is next to a working farm and boasts a mix of original and modern features with thick stone walls. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a lovely en-suite shower room, along with a ground floor bathroom, makes this Ballinrobe cottage perfect for a couple or small family who wish to experience this part of Ireland. In the kitchen and dining area you can enjoy a hearty meal, whilst the woodburner is crackling away. Alternatively, simply relax in the sitting room with a good book. Ballinrobe is conveniently located where you can play golf, buy last minute souvenirs or enjoy a drink or meal in one of the pubs. The area is a walkers, cyclists and fishermen’s haven and Galway city is within driving distance. Whilst staying at this Ballinrobe cottage, you have got to visit the breathtaking Connemara National Park, which will give you a flavour of rural Ireland at it’s best.
