The Property

With three bedrooms, this Foxford cottage is perfect for a family getaway or for a group of friends to experience the rugged beauty of County Mayo. There is a lovely sunny patio at this Foxford cottage, ideal for a summer evening where you can sit and reminisce about the day’s activities with a glass of something refreshing. Just a forty minute drive away is the town of Westport with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and traditional Irish music while Swinford and the National Museum of Country Life in Castlebar are also close by. There are plenty of walking opportunities in the area including the renowned Foxford Way, a fantastic 50 mile-long walking track, and a wide variety of mountains, rivers, lakes and breathtaking scenery. A comfortable Foxford holiday cottage for a rural Irish getaway in a stunning location.
