This insurance will not cover any known pre-existing medical
condition or any recognised complication caused by the pre-existing
medical condition or health condition that has been diagnosed, been
in existence or for which you have received treatment from a
hospital or specialist consultant during the last two years or for
which you are awaiting or receiving treatment or under
investigation unless we have agreed cover in writing and any
additional premium has been paid.
We are unable to provide cover for any claim arising from a known
pre-existing medical condition of a close relative or a close
business associate or any recognised complication caused by the
pre-existing medical condition.
If, after reading the policy, this Insurance does not meet with
your requirements, please return it to Hogans Cottages within
fourteen days of issue and prior to the commencement of your
holiday. If you have paid a Premium and have not made a claim, this
will then be refunded in full.
Hogans Cottages is an appointed representative of UK General
Insurance Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial
Services Authority. The insurance is arranged with Ageas Insurance
Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Services
Authority.
