Known as the most popular resort on the south coast, the town of
Youghal in County Cork has something for everyone. The sea and
beach form a major part of Youghal's attraction, with two Blue
Flag beaches offering sand, safe bathing, hidden coves, rock pools
and bodysurfing. Boats offering whale and dolphin watching trips
can be caught from Youghal harbour, and occasionally the dolphins
can be spotted playing near Youghal promenade! Facilities for
families include the Millenium Park with childrens playground, the
Family Entertainment complex near the beach with fairground rides,
arcade games, laser shots and pool tables, a small cinema and the
pitch and putt behind the main strand beach. A short distance out
of town are Fota Wildlife Park and Leahy's Open Farm. Youghal
has a pool and leisure centre, and a good selection of shops, pubs
and restaurants. Many of the pubs are open til late, and there are
also two nightclubs in town. Youghal Dog Track holds regular
meetings, and welcomes the whole family. The rest of the 'Irish
Riviera' is easy accessible from Youghal, including Ardmore,
Dungarvan and Ballycotton.

I found Hogans a first class company. From my first call the staff were very helpful & knowledgeable about the area we were going to. If the sales team were busy they always phoned back. Having a wide choice of cottages & ferry package made booking the holiday very easy. I will definitely use Hogans again
