This eco-friendly, semi-detached cottage is on the outskirts of the market town of Carnew and is attached to the owner’s home. Set all on the ground floor this cottage offers accommodation which is ideal for those with limited mobility or friends and families looking for a rural retreat. This rural area has a range of beautiful scenery to discover and you can visit the Tomnafinnoge Oak Wood which is nearby and offers three different walking trails. The Wicklow Way is a long distance trail which begins in the delightful village of Clonegal and passes through a collection of towns and villages which will give you the opportunity to experience Irish hospitality to its fullest. If you are a keen golfer, this property is a few minutes’ drive from a magnificent 18-hole course at Coolattin which offers a picturesque backdrop while you practice your swing. There are some lovely towns and villages to discover including Bunclody which is set near the foot of Mount Leinster, and Coutown which has a Blue Flag beach. This whole area offers a selection of beautiful long sandy beaches, ideal for walks. Cluain Cottage is a fantastic choice and offers a taste of Ireland which will be enjoyed at any time of year.
