Combining both traditional and modern features, the cottage has a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting room which boasts a woodburning stove for cosy evenings after busy days out exploring this wonderful area. Three comfy bedrooms lead off from the sitting room, all of which are accessed via traditional-style doors so you may have to watch your head! The rear outdoor space will be loved by the children in your group as they can enjoy the spacious green lawn and there is also a patio with furniture so you can relax with a refreshing drink whilst they play. To the south of Miltown Malbay, well known for its Willie Clancy Festival and traditional Irish music is the rural village of Creegh. For those who want to practice their swing, the popular village of Doonbeg is just a few miles away and boasts a state-of-the-art golf course. It is also home to a sandy beach for those who want to unwind and take in the beautiful seascapes. Visitors to this scenic area can also try their hand at swimming or surfing at Lahinch beach and what better way to follow this than with a warm bowl of fresh seafood chowder which can be enjoyed at one of the many local restaurants? Just a short drive away are the majestic Cliffs of Moher which can be admired on foot or alternatively, via a boat trip that will take you around the foot of the cliffs – giving you a very memorable view with a difference!
