The property

This detached cottage is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just less than a mile from the town of Lisdoonvarna, County Clare.

Ideal for families and friends, this cottage is a convenient base for exploring this part of the Emerald Isle.

On the ground floor there’s an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, where everyone can congregate and enjoy one another’s company after a day out.

There’s also two bedrooms on this floor, one of which has the convenience of en-suite facilities, whilst on the first floor are three further bedrooms, also one with an en-suite shower and there’s a separate bathroom.

Venture outside on a sunny day into the enclosed lawned gardens, where you may wish to enjoy a cold drink, whilst the children use up some of their excess energy.

Within walking distance is the town of Lisdoonvarna, which has shops and traditional pubs that serve meals, so why not allow the chef in your party a night off?

Also Lisdoonvarna is well-known for its annual Matchmaking Festival, and the town is on the wonderful Wild Atlantic Way.

Close by is the Burren, which offers walking routes and exotic plant life, and the stunning Cliffs of Moher are well worth visiting.

Within driving distance are Doolin Caves, Lahinch, Galway City and Ennis, so you’re not short of things to see and do.
