This lovely cottage near Adrigole also offers an open plan living area which consists of a fitted kitchen and a dining area that are both very well equipped and ideal for preparing wonderful family meals that can be enjoyed around the dinner table. The living area is a welcoming place, where you can relax by the open fire after a busy day exploring the beautiful Beara Peninsula. From the doorstep of this Adrigole cottage guests can enjoy a number of outdoor activities such as hiking, hill walking, cycling and even sailing at the local harbour. A wonderful spot to visit is the popular Mare's Tail waterfall which is claimed to be the highest in all of Ireland and the UK. Boasting breathtaking views along driving routes, an abundance of heritage and a wonderful panoramic seascape, this is a stunning area for your Irish holiday. The Celts first arrived at Garnish Island which is close to the village of Glengarriff. This region is home to several ancient artefacts, found in various galleries and museums in and around the area. To view the area from a different angle, it's well worth taking a trip on Ireland's only cable car which travels from the mainland to Dursey Island. This is a wonderful cottage near Adrigole and is set in a beautiful region.
