“The owners (Tim and Abina) are two of the loveliest people you’d ever meet.”

They are super friendly, and will make sure you have everything you need. For example, the fire was blazing when we arrived after dark on our first night and the table was set ready for a meal. They also have a wealth of knowledge of the area which they are happy to share including lots of brochures for the local towns available in the porch for use during your stay. The cottage is in a great location for exploring as it’s quiet and remote with great views but is a close 5 minute drive to town ...

The cottage is in a great location for exploring as it’s quiet and remote with great views but is a close 5 minute drive to town with plenty of shops, pubs etc. It’s well equipped in the kitchen for self catering and the bed was comfortable. The owner needs to set the boiler for the radiators but there’s a fireplace for additional heating or drying wet clothes. A good traditional Irish farm stay.
