Those outdoor fans of the group can travel a short distance into the Killarney National Park and embark on one of the many walks within the Park, including a walk through the hiking area of Library Point, before visiting the impressive fortress of Ross Castle; why not try your hand at watersports and visit the Park's waters of Lough Leane and Muckross Lake?

Muckross Abbey rests on the eastern edge of the National park and is home to a roofless abbey and the 19th-century mansion of Muckross House for you to explore, as well as a Horse-Riding Centre, Rowing Club and a magnificent hotel with a spa.
