The famous gap of Dunloe can be seen, along with Carrauntoohill, the highest peak in Ireland.

Opening the door, you will be welcomed by a large stairway splitting the upstairs into the east and west side of the building.

Staying downstairs, this home has a layout designed for you to explore, you'll discover a well-decorated living area with a large fire and a classical feel that gives the accommodation a homely and welcoming feeling.

Moving on, you can find a spacious kitchen area with stunning tiled flooring and equipped with all sorts of features, including an AGA range cooker for you to put your cooking skills to the test.

Stepping down a stairway from the kitchen is an additional living space and dining area with additional seating, a stove and a TV that really captures the classical theme that runs throughout this property.

Firies is a small village nestled in lush green countryside, just a short drive from the vibrant holiday town of Killarney. The gateway to Ireland's beautiful south west, Firies is an oasis of calm, boasting mountain views and the famous Gap of Dunloe as a backdrop. The area has a very rural feel, dotted with sheep and dairy farms, and is also on the beautiful Ring of Kerry route. Killarney is within easy reach, with its many attractions and summer festivals, while further afield you can enjoy the scenic attractions of Kerry and West Cork. Dingle is also well worth a visit, renowned for its lovely beaches, cliffs and Fungie the dolphin, who has been drawing in tourists from all over for a number of years!
