“We had a fantastic holiday, and the property was perfect.”
Thank you! Carolyn Walthew.
“Great location in a beautiful part of Ireland.”
Directions to find the property could have been a bit clearer especially when arriving late at night as we did. Couldn’t open the front door so only access is through the patio doors at rear of property. There are a few maintenance issues including the front door and missing bathroom tiles, but the great location right on the seafront more than makes up for these. Would definitely recommend.
“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.”
Stunning views, convenient location: grocery shop just around the corner, pharmacy near by, good selection of pubs and restaraunts in a short walking distance, local beach is only few steps away, beautiful Derrynane beach is about 10 mins drive away. Cottage felt spacious, warm (two adults and a child) and very comfortable. We had amazing time and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it!
“The facilities described and description of the property were accurate, however the furnishings and general appearance was very tired.”
The owner did not appear to have kept up with general maintenance. The bath panel in the main bedroom was hanging off and rough edges of tiles were showing. The front door was very difficult to open, possibly a fire hazard and other items were not up to standard. These issues were brought up with the owner and the cleanliness issues were resolved.
“Stunning location both from the beauty of the position and the proximity to the services in the town.”
In comparison to the Laune View cottage in Killorglin, the amenities in the house were poorer.
“It was a beautyful place, situated directly at the sea.”
The flat was big and with windows in two directions to the sea. We (family with 2 adult daughters) liked it very much.
“This was an exceptional opportunity to stay directly on the sea front in a wonderful village.”
The home is incredibly comfortable, with every facility and the open fire is an added bonus. Waterville is a stunning village with the friendliest of people surrounded by fabulous cafes and restaurants. I would recommend this home in a heartbeat and hope to return.
“Fabulous location almost on the beach.”
Lovely holiday home with open fire and all modern facilities would recommend for anyone who wants to see the South of Kerry.
