“From the moment Eileen met us at the door with the keys we felt right at home here.”

Lovely house, cozily furnished and so comfortable, with fantastic views of the beach from the picture window in the living room. Lovely house, cozily furnished and so comfortable, with fantastic views of the beach from the picture window in the living room. Mussenden Temple and Downhill Demesne is practically across the street, and we loved having such easy access to its beautiful grounds and well maintained walking paths. The house is just a few miles from some of the most spectacular stops on the Causeway Coastal Route (Dunluce Castle, Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge), and we had a great time exploring the area and its many wonders. There are a couple of good dining options in Castlerock (the Meatbox makes amazing burgers), and plenty of options nearby for grocery shopping if you prefer to prepare your own meals. A wonderful experience overall, would be happy to stop here again. Highly recommended.
