12 Hillview is a contemporary, detached house with sea views in Ludden near Buncrana, County Donegal.

You'll find The Harbour Inn for dining out and Buncrana Beach just down the road, as well as North West Golf Club for sea views while you play, and Buncrana is a short journey away.

Buncrana Pier is a popular fishing spot and a ferry will take you across the Lough to Rathmullan.

Heading further north, you'll find plenty of fascinating sights including Fort Dunree, a riverside trail to Glenevin Waterfall, idyllic beaches such as Tullagh Strand, and Doagh Famine Village, whilst the town of Letterkenny, home to The Regional Cultural Centre, is a short drive away.

The city of Derry is also a must-visit for the Museum of Free Derry, St Columb's Park, and the Riverwatch Aquarium.
