The Creche, which was in fact a former crèche, has been wonderfully transformed to provide delightful holiday accommodation, situated in Leffin, near to Dungloe, in Country Donegal, it is a perfect choice for a family holiday.

Step into the vibrant pink hallway and take off your coats and boots when you come in from a walk, before heading into the attractive sitting room where a sofa and two armchairs await you so you can relax.

Be warmed by the stylish electric fire and settle in for the evening with a film on the TV resting on the wall; alternatively, bring a board game from home and go into the kitchen/diner where you can delight in some family fun at the dining table.

The kitchen space is well-equipped with appliances, including a traditional gas oven and hob for cooking up some tasty meals, as well as a fridge, freezer and microwave.

A contemporary wetroom provides somewhere to freshen up, with a shower, basin and WC inside.

Choose from three pretty bedrooms including a king-size room, a double room, and a family room which holds both a single and a double bed, creating a layout great for families and groups of friends alike.

Let the little ones run around freely on the lawn in the enclosed garden, while you watch on from the patio space, taking in the stunning scenery on your doorstep.

Visit the town of Dungloe, said to be the centre of traditional Irish music, you can find friendly and lively atmospheres in the bars and pubs, receive a warm Irish welcome and delight in a customary pint of Guinness.

Up until 1762, entry into the town of Dungloe in Donegal was only possible via the stepping stones dotted over the river. Thankfully, now visitors from all over the world can take the much easier route over Donegal Bridge and enjoy this charming town in County Donegal with ease. Dungloe is known locally as 'The Capital of The Rosses', the name given to this region of the county. The town, which has become recognised as a centre for traditional Irish music, has a selection of shops, bars and eating places, as well as events taking place throughout the year, including the annual 'Mary from Dungloe' festival. A fisherman's paradise, the area has over 130 lakes and rivers and is renowned for its fishing and great sea angling, with several charter boats available in nearby Burtonport, from where diving can also be enjoyed. There are also daily boat trips from the harbour to Arranmore and Rutland Island. Wonderful wildlife can be found in the bogs and reed beds, while golfers will love the variety of golf courses found in the surrounding area. With hills and mountains to explore, the dramatic coastline to enjoy and so much to see and do, this is sure to make the perfect base for your Donegal holiday.
