Moville 1.3 miles.

This lovely ground floor cottage is situated outside the fishing town of Moville and offers views out to the sea.

Ideal for a family or group of friends, the accommodation offers flexible sleeping arrangements with one of the bedrooms having it's own external door.

There is a comfortable open plan living area with an open fire to create a homely atmosphere for relaxing at the end of the day.

Cook up hearty breakfasts in the kitchen and enjoy evening meals together at the dining table while you plan what to do on the following day.

From the open plan living area is a double bedroom with an en-suite which leads on to a second double bedroom.

Completing the accommodation is a family bedroom to the front of the cottage where you can wake up, throw open the curtains and see right down to the coast.

Outside there is a gravelled area with a table and chairs where a morning cup of coffee can be enjoyed before heading out for the day.

The nearby town of Moville has a choice of restaurants and pubs to dine out in the evening and there are a number of activities to fill your days with.

Watersports and horse riding are available if you are feeling adventurous or you could head out for a more relaxing walk along the coast.

Cooley Cottage is a fantastic choice for those looking to discover the Wild Atlantic Way.

MOVILLE, COUNTY DONEGAL

Greencastle 2.4 miles; Derry 20 miles.

This charming coastal town is the first on the Wild Atlantic Way and is set on the Inishowen Peninsula in County Donegal. There are beautiful views out across shores of Lough Foyle to Norther Ireland which can be enjoyed from the village green which offers walking trails along the coast, a playground and bandstands in the Victorian style. Moville has many sailing events throughout the year and you can always have a go at one of the many watersports on offer, including kayaking and canoeing. Visit the Cooley Cross and Skull House to see the town’s history and two miles from here is the Cooley Equestrian Centre where horseriding lessons are available. Greencastle is great for fishing, while Greencastle Golf Club is just 1 mile away and offers 18 holes surrounded by beautiful scenery. Dine out in style in Greencastle, at the award-winning Kealy’s Seafood Bar and enjoy a pint in one of the local pubs. There are lots of areas around Lough Foyle to explore, and there’s even the famous lighthouse at Inishowen Head to enjoy.
