    “We were disappointed when we arrived at Benbulben View.”

    The house was not clean and there seemed to be a lack of care. There was no information or instructions about the property or area. Spilt food was left in the freezer. I had to clean the kitchen before I prepared our evening meal.

TULLAGHAN, COUNTY LEITRIM

Bundoran 2.3 miles; Mullaghmore 7 miles.

The small village of Tullaghan lies on the coast of County Leitrim, the shortest coastline of any county in Ireland stretching three kilometres between Sligo and Donegal. Tullaghan is also the most northerly village in County Leitrim and also one of the most scenic with the Wild Atlantic Ocean on one side and the backdrop of the northern slopes of the Dartry Mountains one the other. Tullaghan provides the perfect base to explore the Wild Atlantic Way with the vibrant seaside town of Bundoran just over two miles away, and the sandy beaches of Mullaghmore in County Sligo only 7 miles away. Why not visit the resting place of one of Ireland's most famous poets W.B Yeats in the village of Drumcliffe? Or the breathtaking waterfall and glacial valley at Glencar.
