    “Seacrest is a fantastic property.”

    Brilliant views and plenty of room for everyone with a spacious kitchen, large living room and relaxing conservatory. All admin. was very straight forward and the property was in great shape when we checked in. Would recommend a stay to anyone!

The tiny hamlet of Ballyconneely has played witness to significant achievements in history. In 1919 Alcock and Brown landed just two miles away after completing the first ever transatlantic flight. The landing was close to the Marconi Wireless station, itself used to send the first transmission across the Atlantic in 1907. Nowadays, the peaceful location is renowned for the annual pony show and its proximity to the famous Connemara links championship golf course. Close to the vibrant town of Clifden and the spectacular Connemara National Park, this is a superb holiday destination.
