The property

This comfortable detached stone cottage is situated in the townland of Ballinahown, just under three miles from the village of Rossaveel in the heart of Connemara, County Galway. Dating back to the 1900’s this delightful cottage was once a knitting factory and it has been lovingly converted to retain many of the original features including the fireplace and the high ceilings. Decorated and furnished in a traditional manner, this lovely cottage boasts three comfy bedrooms where you are ensured a good night’s sleep. The living and dining area are light and spacious and provide an ideal place to share sociable evenings together in front of the warming fire, whilst the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
