“We booked the property months in advance.”

After a change of plans, we decided to cancel our booking( also months after n advance), only to discover that we wouldn’t get refunded a single cent. Of course we were quite upset, but decided not to cancel the booking, even though we wouldn’t stay there. Don’t want to say anything negative about the property, as it seemed lovely in the pictures, and we had no bad experiences with it, but we will NEVER EVER book this again, and therefore definitely don’t recommend it, as no refund, ...

This shouldn’t be legal.
