Mr Murray “Lovely spot with very welcoming hosts.”
- Mr Murray, August 2020 -
Wowie02840 “Great area..,cottage was spotless.”
Wonderful spot..close to town yet far enough away to be very quiet. The kitchen was fabulous..,had everything any cook could need. The cottage was clean and when the stove was lit the place got warm very quickly and stayed warm for hours. There were two things I think need to be addressed: 1. The couch: it's old and dirty. I threw a quilt over it. 2. There are no shades in the windows on the ground floor. (Except for in the bathroom). As there's a caravan park down the lane there are cars and people going by day and night..,I was uncomfortable with the fact that anyone could be looking in. I was alone so not having more privacy freaked me out a bit BUT I would definately come back and hope shades will be installed. It's a delightful cottage!
- Wowie02840, November 2017sbamb “Lovely home from home cottage”
We had a lovely holiday here in August 2014. The cottage has everything you require for a very comfortable stay, and is a lovely home from home Dingle is a lovely picturesque town with lots to do. I highly recommend the Slea Head drive, the Fungie Dolphin trip and Murphys ice-cream is heavenly. Overall we had a fantastic trip :) and if I was to ever go back to Dingle, I would stay in Brosnans Cottage again.
- sbamb, October 2014Winelovers58 “Perfect, relaxing break!!”
We had a wonderful time when we stayed in Brosnan's Cottage. It was a relaxing home away from home, with the added advantage of being in such an amazing location.
- Winelovers58, September 2014Lisa H “Couldn't be better!”
This was our second year in Brosnan's Cottage, we love everything about it, from the sea view to the wood burner and amazing deep bath for relaxing in, it's the perfect home from home. The location is great too, perfect for getting out and exploring! Definitely the best holiday house we've stayed in, cant wait to book it for next year!
- Lisa H, June 2014Dave M “Comfortable and Relaxing”
As a group of friends we head away around this time every year. We were looking for a place to get away from it all for a few days and reset the batteries. A few beers, good food and go for a few walks. This cottage is very well suited, just outside Dingle and Ventry. Mike is very accommodating and has the place very well set up. The cottage is warm and has plenty of space. The bedrooms are very comfortable and everything is supplied. We are going to stay here again after the summer, would highly recommend the place.

Warm welcoming cosy would highly recommend to others well stocked and spotless. Flexibility around dates much appreciated. Thanks
- Holidayguru2014, February 2014LucieMR62 “Cosy retreat”
We spent two weeks in this delightful & beautifully appointed holiday cottage. To come back after a days walking & wallow, neck deep in the huge bath tub & then to toast in front of the wood-burner followed by a great night's sleep in the comfy beds was bliss. As well as being so comfy & cosy the cottage is a great base to explore all that the Dingle Peninsular has to offer. I would happily recommend Brosnan's Cottage as a great place to have a 'get away from it all' break.
- LucieMR62, September 2013Nicolas B “The Cosy piece of heaven!!”
I stay in this cottage for one week with my family. Unfortunately we had a little storm for three day , even though it s part of the irish charm, but sincerely, this cottage is a little nest. Very well isolated, cosy and suit totally to the idea of "irish cottage' The landlords are very nice, helpful and friendly. Everything is provided to enjoy your stay with a map and list of everything you can do on the peninsula. Not mention that dingle is really enjoyable for a night out with music and good craic, It seem that the inhabitant are a big family, lovely and kind. I strongly recommend this place, the value is definitely amazing. A real little gem.
- Nicolas B, April 2013southtippbounce “old style with all mod cons- highly recommend”
We spent 1 week in January 2013 in Brosnan Lodge. It has all mod cons but has all the character of a old style home. Very warm and comfortable bedrooms, house very well kept. Huge bath in the downstairs bathroom. Close to beach but not suitable for a buggy. Highly recommend and will stay again.
- southtippbounce, February 2013A FlipKey verified reviewer “Family Friendly Cottage”
We had a wonderful stay in this house. Very fine for families with all facilities you need, warm and friendly. The house is good situated for trips round the dingle peninsula and near very fantastic beaches.
