The property

A splendid detached house, situated in County Roscommon, 7.5 miles from bustling town of Boyle.

With easy access to a multitude of fabulous counties, including Sligo, Mayo and Leitrim, this lovely property is a great base for family and friends to embark upon an Irish getaway to remember.

On offer are three restful bedrooms, a twin and two doubles, one of which boasts en-suite shower facilities to refresh you in the morning before a day of exploration.

The ground floor provides everything you’ll need in the bright and airy open plan living area with a modern kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area.

There’s a warming open fire to sit beside and swap stories in the evening, after a delicious meal prepared by the chef of the party as the rest of the group plan tomorrow’s activities.

Later on, why not retreat to the separate sitting room with your favourite tipple and a good book?

Alternatively, when the sun is high in the sky, head outside to the lawned garden within which the adults can soak up the sun whilst sipping a cool drink and the children can run off steam - you could even fire up the barbecue and enjoy a burger or two with lashings of red sauce.

Take a leisurely stroll or head out for a bike ride in the beautiful area surrounding the property, or hop in the car and visit Boyle for a pint with the locals whilst listening to some Irish music.

You could also take a trip to Carrick-On-Shannon with its nearby lake for a spot of fishing, or Sligo set against the backdrop of Benbulben Mountain, with Knocknarea Hill and sandy beaches.

A fantastic day out can be had at Westport, thriving with the beat of traditional music and a rich Irish heritage, whilst nearby Croagh Patrick awaits with invigorating hikes and stunning views.

A lovely house, perfect for making memories on the holiday you’ve been promising yourself for ages.
