“Sykes were very helpful when the cottage I booked was double booked by owner.”

They arranged the transfer of my deposit to a different cottage.

They arranged the transfer of my deposit to a different cottage. The cottage was more remote than we thought and the road was in a terrible state. Potholes and overgrown hedges that may have damaged our car.
