Part of a group of eight properties, The Stables shares a garden and children's play area with the other cottages, as well as a games room, gym and on-site spa.

Enjoy the homely sitting room which offers a pleasant space to rest at the end of the day, get the mutli-fuel stove going and warm up before the fire.

A huge open-plan kitchen/diner is bright and airy with sleek tiled flooring and the kitchen are a modern take on a classic country kitchen with both a breakfast bar and a dining table to use.

Upstairs you can find three bedrooms, including a super-king-size bedroom that benefits from an en-suite shower room, a double room with zip/link beds and a twin room, with these two rooms sharing Jack and Jill access to an en-suite bathroom.

Navan is the county town of County Meath. County Meath is full of religious ruins and historic sites, and the Iron-Age monuments of the Hill of Tara. The Abbey of Kells and Trim Castle are also worth a visit, as is the Neolithic standing stones of Brú na Bóinne, with sightseeing tours available. Navan has much to offer including an array of shops, restaurants and coffee shops, such as a Costa. Dublin is also nearby, where a further range of amenities, and also home to the famous Guinness Factory and Temple Bar. Why not visit Drogheda, one of the oldest towns in Ireland which is only a short drive away and offers Georgian architecture - or for the more adventurous, try Funtasia Water park or a boat tour.
