A short walk from the farmhouse takes you to the ancient Caves of Keash, where you can lose a day in the legends of the caves, where the views reach out for miles over the open countryside.

Visit the local town of Ballymote, just a few miles from the farmhouse, where you will find a variety of shops, pubs and places to eat and the whole area is surrounded by beautiful countryside, a haven for walkers and cyclists.

Lough na Leibe offers wonderful trout fishing oppurtunities run by the Ballymote Angling Club and any golfers in the party can while the day away at Ballymote Golf Course, one of the favourite courses in Connaught!

The Wild Atlantic Way is within easy reach of the farmhouse, with the cultural city of Sligo, just a 20 minute drive away, promising miles of beautiful sandy beaches, traditional pubs and gourmet eateries.
