The property

This architect-designed terraced cottage is one of a group of stone-built cottages, set around a courtyard, close to the County Wexford seaside village of Cullenstown.

Situated only a two minute walk from the coast, this lovely cottage is an ideal base for a family or group of friends with plenty to see and do within reach.

Once inside this charming cottage, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy sitting room with dining area, along with a welcoming, south-facing sun room, from where you may wish to enjoy a morning coffee before exploring the area, or use it as an evening retreat once you’ve enjoyed an excellent home-cooked meal.

Also on the ground floor is the convenience of a basin and WC, and once you’ve taken the steps up to the first floor you will find two bedrooms and bathroom.

Outside there’s off road parking and on a sunny evening enjoy a drink in the private lawned garden.

There are a number of attractions close by, including the Ballyteige Burrow Nature Reserve, the Cull Estuary and the Saltee Islands, and just a couple of miles away are the villages of Carrick and Duncormick.

The Hook Lighthouse at Hook Head and JFK's ancestral home and arboretum are also within reach, and a trip the Waterford city is a must.

After a busy day, return to this lovely cottage for a good night’s sleep before enjoying another adventure in the region known as the Sunny South East.
