The Bannow Drive offers a scenic route with many pubs and restaurants to stop off at and perhaps enjoy some traditional Irish music.

Also within driving distance is the spectacular Hook Head Peninsula where you might even spot a whale or two!

The impressive Loftus House and JFK Arboretum are well worth a visit and you can take the short ferry to Waterford and visit Ireland's oldest city or visit more unspoilt beaches at Tramore or Dunmore East.

Nestled amongst the scenic countryside of County Wexford lies the pretty village of Duncormick. The village lies on the River Muck and is one of the stops along the Bannow Drive which also incorporates Cullenstown, Bannow and Wellingtonbridge. The village is well served by shops and pubs, with traditional music occasionally performed. There are a multitude of beautiful walks to enjoy with the coastal route to Kilmore Quay offering chances to observe the local wildlife and take in the pure sea air. The village is also within easy reach of the ferry port of Rosslare as well as the larger towns of Wexford and Waterford.
