Wexford 9 miles.

The small village of Tacumshane in County Wexford has a pub and restaurant, The Millhouse, and is home to the Republic of Ireland's only surviving windmill. Built in 1846, the timber used is thought to be beach driftwood or wood from the shipwrecks that were all too common in this coastal region. The windmill is now designated a national monument.
