The drive to the cottage is down a very long and dark country road, something it may be as well to note for the future. The cottage stands in its own grounds. It has a good driveway with ample parking. The garden is in need of some care and the leaves from the many trees around had clearly not been swept up for some time. We were warm and comfortable in the cottage and the good sized kitchen was a pleasure to work in. The bathroom is in desperate need of a complete refurbishment. The shower door was not watertight and water found it's way on or the floor. The loo and hand basin seemed to be leaking. It was a very sparse and unwelcoming room. We enjoyed our holiday but the cottage was a little disappointing
