The property

Located on the County Wexford coastline is this wonderful detached house, near Bannow.

This delightful cottage is situated a short stroll from the beach and boasts sea views, making it ideal for those looking for a relaxing get-away.

Upstairs the cottage has three comfortable bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a family bathroom.

On the ground floor the dining room with its solid fuel stove and the sitting room with its open fire, both provide the perfect place for relaxing with a good book, watching a film on TV or enjoying a delicious meal with family or friends, after a busy day out.

The well-equipped kitchen has all you need for creating a delicious meal or picnic, or move into the sunroom to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee whilst you plan the day?s activities.

Outside the children can run off any excess energy in the garden whilst the adults sit and relax with a nice glass of wine admiring views of the Celtic Sea.

Alternatively, take a short amble down to the beach for a quick paddle.

Carrick with its pubs is a short stroll down the road, ideal for a quick drink or something to eat.

A little further away Wellingtonbridge has a larger range of amenities for all your basic requirements.

Within an easy drive the area has an array of attractions including the Dunbrody Famine Ship, the Duncannon Fort, the Hook Head Lighthouse as well as New Ross, Waterford and Wexford.

A fabulous property to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

CARRICK, COUNTY WEXFORD

Rosslare 18 miles; New Ross 19 miles.

Carrick is a small village, with a shop, three pubs, a hairdresser’s and a guesthouse, in County Wexford, on the east coast of Ireland. Half an hour by car will take you to the cliff top village of Rosslare; with the second largest harbour in Ireland and panoramic views of Rosslare Bay, it is well worth a visit. A little further afield is the port town of New Ross where you can experience life on an emigrant ship aboard the historic Dunbrody Famine Ship, explore fine beaches and restaurants or try one of the many activities on offer including angling, golf or even a river cruise. With miles of safe sandy beaches, family friendly restaurants to enjoy, and the possibility of spotting a dolphin or whale, County Wexford has something to suit all tastes. A fantastic location offering something for everybody.
