Upon entering your new single-storey abode, you will be greeted by four well-presented bedrooms, each offering a serene space to rest after a day of adventures.
Choose from a spacious king-size room, a twin room, a welcoming single room and a family room equipped with a double and single bed, as well as an en-suite which will help ensure there are never any morning rushes to get ready!
Venture further into the property to discover the open-plan area, home to a utility space fitted with a gas oven and hob, washing machine and tumble dryer, ensuring all your self-catering needs are met.
The kitchen/diner area invites you to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals, while the sitting room, complete with a warming open fire, provides a welcoming spot to unwind and reminisce about the day's events.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.
The property was really clean and comfortable and was exactly what we needed. The lower score for maintenance and facilities was due to some areas of maintenance that are needed (loose wardrobe door handle in the family room, loose toilet roll holder, loose toilet seat). The games room also needs some TLC and things such as board games and books to justify calling a games room. An indoor clothes airer would also be useful for when it's raining and you have items that you don't tumble dry These are all minor items though - just raising them for awareness. These weren't detrimental- we loved our stay.
Fantastic setting convenient for all local services, (in walking distance).

This is the second time we have booked Nellys cottage and we have booked again for next year.
The house has an ideal location to everything and is a very clean, comfortable house to stay in.
