“Lovers Cottage is lovely little house to stay in.”
It's a good 30 minute walk in to Kilkenny, where you can find lots of places to eat and drink and of course the castle. It has easy access to routes if you want to explore further than the city its self.
It has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals, washing machine, tv (there is a knack to get the viewing box working and we still aren't sure how to do it, it seemed to be more luck than anything)

There's a lovely little nature reserve opposite the house and if you want to go out and sample the nightlife, it' easy enough to order taxi's
My only niggle is the dog glitter that appeared during our stay if people have allergies to animal hair (we didn't have a dog with us, so definitely not from us)
Overall, it is a nice play to stay and Mary kept checking in via email to make sure everything was ok for us.
