Very peaceful and relaxing spot, great for enjoying the lake (weather permitting!
) or simply relaxing on the terrace and feeding the ducks. Manager is super-friendly and helpful. Athlone is just 10 min away and there are good nearby restaurants. We appreciated the Weber Gas Grill at the property. Canoes or a small boat for enjoying the lake would have been an extra plus.
Everything was beautiful, the places are wonderful, stunning views, we will definitely come back there!
!!
Really love this place great fresh air coming from the river and the bedroom window facing the river is absolutely brilliant.
It was nice when you suffer from asthma and my Mother has COPD and found the air easy to breath. The host Trisha has to be one of the best host I've ever came across like once do hospitality
