Great place to relax.

Geraldine is a great host that goes above and beyond to help you and make your stay comfortable.

Just got back from a few days stay here and I must say we wernt disappointed.

The cottage and garden is absolutely stunning and we loved cookie and the other alpacas we visited them every day. Highly recommend staying here absolutely beautiful place.

Wonderful place to stay, the owner was very nice and helpful.

I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Fantastic.

Could not have asked for a better stay. Only let down was the local pub (100 yds away) was closed. as up for sale. But the one at Ladys Island was very welcoming. Plenty to do, and see around the area. This was our 12th trip to Ireland, and was one of the best. Thank you, from us all.

Was a lovely cottage with 5 bedrooms as stated.

Super back garden that was clearly a labour of love for the owners who were very friendly.

Property was awesome, more than what we expected, we came over from wales to tour southern Ireland on motorbikes, the property is located in such a quiet peaceful area, we are definitely looking to book again in 2024!

Our family enjoyed the week at Sutton cottage, with its quirky feel.

The gardens were spectacular and the Alpacas were very amusing we visited them regularly. Sutton cottage catered for all our needs. The owners were very helpful if we required any assistance, we loved our week in this beautiful peaceful place.

We are just back from a fantastic family holiday in Sutton Cottage ,it was spacious spotless ,and had everything we needed We were a family of 8 ,and everyone had their own space Gardens at back of cottage were fabulous,our grandchildren loved them Communication with Geraldine was great ,some great advice on shops etc Would definitely recommend,many thanks to Adrian for recommending Johnstown House a great place to visit A perfect find

We had a fabulous week at Sutton Cottage.

6 adults, 1 toddler & a dog. Plenty of space for us all to relax and enjoy the break. Fabulous grounds and surrounding area. Great facilities and local shop a short walk away. I would highly recommend Sutton Cottage. It provides and home away from home. Geraldine was a fabulous host. No question or query to big, she was very helpful with recommendations and knew the area so well. Thank you so much.

What a lovely cottage, the grounds were amazing.

The cottage was a good size for the 8 of us, we spent a lot of time 9n the kitchen diner. The owners were welcoming and let us park in their grounds rather than the front of the house. We would love to return

Lovely quaint period property set on beautiful grounds, original thatched cottage with extensive modern living space to the rear , beautiful landscapes gardens to the rear on acres of ground to explore with the dog and lovely genuine home owners nearby if you need any local knowledge or advice of where to go

Sutton Cottage is a lovely, quirky cottage.

The grounds are very well kept and great for “exploring “ with the kids. We had a lovely stay. The owners were very nice and the place was immaculate. The only negative thing was the bed was hard and creaky, but that was only a minor negative. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Cottage and gardens really pretty. Cottage had loads of space and we were a party of 6 adults including two in wheelchairs. Gravel paths all around but we managed with the wheelchairs and it didn't stop our enjoyment.

We absolutely loved it from start to finish.

The cottage is huge ! Very well laid out. Exceptionally comfortable. The outside playground, fairy house were superb. Geraldine & her family welcomed us like her own family. They made us feel very welcome . I have already recommended this place to several friends and plan to book again next year. 5 stars all round .

The cottage was lovely, we particularly enjoyed the grounds, our Great Granddaughter especially enjoyed the garden house.

. We had a lovely time and look forward to a return visit.. would highly recommend..

It was great having 3 sitting rooms.

Gave us all our own space when needed. My Grandson is 6ft 2ins an had to remember to duck when going through doors. He also said his downstairs bed was more comfortable than his Mums upstairs.

Sutton cottage was perfect.

.. amazing location and beautiful grounds. Friendly and helpful owner. Comfy beds and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and we would definitely recommend.
