“The apartment was very well finished and very comfortable.”

The big problem was when you used the wc or sinks it sounded like a plane landing in the apartment and the creamery was so noisy. The big problem was when you used the wc or sinks it sounded like a plane landing in the apartment and the creamery was so noisy. It was very difficult to park either out the front or in the allocated parking as there were work vans and cars everywhere due to I assume employees parking. The main problem was when I made the booking it was a pet friendly listing so I booked my pet in, however when I checked the booking for key instructions it said NO pets so I checked my booking from April and my pet was booked in. So I really struggled to find a place for my pet as everywhere was booked up then it cost me another £245 to house my dog for the week only to find that a review from June had said about their dog staying, I was very annoyed at this due to the inconvenience I had been put under and nearly possibly having to cancel my trip if I didn't get her booked in somewhere. I had nothing to inform me that the booking had changed or to inform me they couldn't accommodate my pet which if I had more notice I wouldn't have been put under pressure or scared that I may have to cancel. Finding the key was also not easy and when I tried to contact Sykes I was put on hold forever and I have been holidaying in west cork for 10 years and this is the first I have never been able to contact the owner which is a bit impersonal. The dishwasher was also still full when I opened it, so the cleaner clearly didn't wait for the cycle to finish and must leave it up to the next guests to finish their work.
