“We all had a lovely time in Corr an Droma and would happily stay there for ever!”

The views are to die for, the house itself is remote enough to be interesting but close enough to two centres of 'life' to be comfortable. There were good places to eat and to shop - and Bantry and Skibbereen are close if you really have a yen to see a supermarket! Cork the nearest bit city is a drive away - but only an hour or so if one was in the mood for crowds and city life. In short, we all loved it - aged from 78 to 11 - and would all happily return tomorrow - if work and school ...

I highly recommend the place - it is lovely - but don't expect luxury - luxury is not part of the rural idyll and if you want it, then go stay in an hotel!
