It is definitely not suitable or equipped for a family of 6. The house was spotless. Unfortunately, the house was damp, so if any items were left on the floor they became damp/wet, and the kitchen cupboards and drawers smelled musty. Pegs for the clothes line and a large pot for cooking were provided, and the kettle was replaced when we requested them.

This property is really stunning with views of the Atlantic and the Lough Swilly, the directions were good and I had no problem finding the place.

There are a couple of shops nearby for essentials and a pub at Fanad head. The internet worked fine but I decided to go for a digital detox anyway. I think if, like me, you are really wanting to get away from it all this is the place to go. It was so quiet, peaceful and tranquil I loved it. Thank you.

A very clean welcoming cottage, situaited in a very quiet spot for rest.

Possibly a bit isolated for some as there are not many amenities in the area for providing food, petrol etc so it is necessary to drive a distance. The scenery and the beautiful beaches and given our beautiful weather are abonsu for those seeking a quitet relaxing holiday. The house whilst isolated is in perfect condition, well presented and very clean and comfortable. A few suggestions may be a nest of coffee tables and a soft lighter for the living room area which would greatly add to the comfort adn relaxation Overall a beacutiful cottage in a scenica and beautiful area..
