The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of modern appliances — including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer — making it easy to prepare delicious meals to enjoy around the dining table. After dinner, settle into the sitting room and enjoy a relaxed evening in front of the Smart TV.
When it’s time to rest, choose between two well-appointed bedrooms: a double, and a family room featuring both a double and a single bed — each offering a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. A stylish shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC provides a refreshing start to each morning.
Outside, the enclosed rear gravelled area is furnished for comfort, offering a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or dine alfresco on warmer evenings, surrounded by the tranquillity of the Irish countryside.

Very well appointed. Immaculately clean and stocked with everything you need to compliment your stay. The location is fabulous. Super quiet, easy reach of the town. The Cottage is spacious and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is very clean and has a great shower. Thank you both for a great stay.
Kates cottage is a traditional quaint cottage in a beautiful location.
It was spotlessly clean and you had everything you needed. The beds and bedding were of great quality and very comfortable. Mary and Jim were lovely and met us the first day and sent a message later in the week to ensure there was nothing else we needed. The only thing I would suggest and not a criticism, the sofa maybe could be updated and 2 armchairs would maybe be more practical for space. Saying that you are out and about so much and when you do get back your mostly sleeping. When we were chilling at cottage we had the beautiful weather and were able to sit outside. We loved it and really hope to return to Kates cottage and the beautiful town of Kinvara.
