The property

This superb single-storey, semi-detached cottage is situated 1.5 miles from the village of Ballinderreen in County Galway.

This welcoming cottage is located on an inlet of Galway Bay known as Brandy Harbour, which overlooks the Burren Mountains, in the centre of Oyster Country.

Inside this cottage is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area which boasts a solid fuel stove.

After a busy day exploring the area, why not rustle up a lovely home-cooked meal, which can then be enjoyed around the dining table, before relaxing in front of the warming stove?

In the morning before starting your Irish adventure, you can enjoy a coffee in the sun room, or you may wish to relax here in the evening with your favourite tipple.

This delightful cottage also has two bedrooms and a bathroom, making this an ideal base for a couple or small family.

Outside is the convenience of off road parking, as well as shared use of lawned gardens.

Only a minute?s walk away is the seashore, so why not wonder down there and soak up the fresh sea air?

This area of the Emerald Isle offers walking trails and swimming in beautiful, clear waters, plus the seaside village of Kinvara and Dunguaire Castle are nearby and well worth a visit.

Also within driving distance is the superb Connemara National Park, where you can while away time by looking at the stunning scenery, or for a faster pace of life visit the city of Galway with its range of shops, pubs and restaurants.

An excellent holiday home with plenty to see and do in the area.
