“Lovely, clean, well-equipped apartment.”

Within easy reach of the main village, shops, restaurants and pubs etc. Very comfortable. We received a lovely welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits and a bottle of wine....so helpful after our long drive down from Belfast. Kenmare is lovely, so much to see and do. A week wasn't enough, we will be back.

“Our second time holidaying in this lovely apartment, we really enjoyed ourselves again.”

The owners , John and Kay warmly welcomed us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. It was very clean and homely, and we appreciated the welcome pack including a bottle of wine. It is idealy positioned being only a short five minute stroll to pubs, restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms modern and bright . I would definitely recommend this apartment in Kenmare and hope to return again in the future.

“A good location great for touring the Ring of Kerry, Ring of Beara and Killarny National Park.”

The road that runs past the property was busier than expected. The lack of WiFi at the property caused us a few issues. The flat was comfortable clean and well equipped. Leaving us with a bottle of wine, milk and pack of biscuits was much appreciated.

“On our second visit to Bell Heights we were delighted Kay and John had maintained a high standard and made a number of upgrades to bathrooms etc.”

The welcome bottle of wine and milk were very welcome. This is a delightful home from home with gated private parking and just five minutes walk from Kenmare, a lovely park and lake over the road and the nearby pier. Superb place to visit the glorious Beara Peninsula before returning to a cosy pad or treating yourself to a tasty supper at the numerous restaurants in the town. We would recommend Davitts for locally caught cod or mouth watering sirloin steak. We’ll done Kay and John. You’ve got it right again. Chris and Aileen. Brighton.

Cottage was perfectly placed for a short walk into Kenmare. It was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Parking was excellent. The owners were friendly and helpful. Some nice touches - like leaving a bottle of wine and a few basics for when you arrive. Plenty of information about the area and where to explore. If I was coming back to the area, or recommending to others, I’d have no hesitation in recommending Bell Heights as a great base.

Kay&John met us on the saturday even though we arrived really early they let us drop of our bags then we headed into the town of Kenmare to get some lunch.Kay rang me when everything was ready and we went back to the apartment ,biscuits ,tea,milk and even a lovely bottle of wine were left for us which was a really nice touch.Discovering Kerry was a treat with so much to see but the highlight for us was the ring of Kerry drive ,spectacular scenery and some of the best beachs you will ever come across.Overall a superb holiday and cant wait to pick my next one with Sykes

Kenmare is the perfect spot to explore the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara as well as many other beautiful spots in the area. The Appartement is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs but remotedly enough to quietly enjoy the beautiful view and have a good rest after exploring the region. Very kind contact to the landlords! Highly recommendable accomodation.

“4 Bell Heights is a very comfortable apartment owned by a charming couple who welcomed us with much attention and care before leaving us on our own for one of the most wonderful holidays we have ever had (and we have had many !”

It is ideally situated : 3 minutes' walk from the centre which can boast everything tourists can wish for without being too touristy ; at the beginning of Beara Peninsula ; half an hour's drive from Killarney and Glengarriff enabling visitors to discover all the breathtaking natural beauties of the area. There is not one point we could complain about.

“It was in a good position on the edge of Kenmare with easy access to the town.”

It was very comfortable and cosy with a kitchen area which was very well laid out so that 2 or 3 people could work together. The log fire was very welcoming. There was a good amount of fridge and freezer space. The property was light with good views and a patio. We would certainly use this property again.

The holiday let was ideal; good parking, enjoyed the balcony. Very good accommodation; comfortably and very well furnished. 2 bedrooms, excellent lounge and kitchen. It was 5 minutes out of the town centre and near the estuary harbour. Well located. Kenmare is a good base for a holiday. Ring of Kerry, Bearra, Glengariff, Mucross House & Lakes, Mountains and coastal walks. Was good of Sykes to arrange the car ferry to Ireland from Holyhead as part of the package. No complaints at all. Can recommend it.

For such a small town there was a large choice of evening entertainment. There were many local walks. It was ideally situated for sight seeing to The Ring of Kerry and the Beara Peninsula and many other places.

A picturesque town situated on the stunning Bay of Kenmare, overlooking the gleaming Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful beaches, wildlife and lovely scenery abound here. The coastline is rugged with sandy beaches close by, while pebble beaches surround the bay itself. Kenmare is an interesting town, full of character and colour, with long winding streets setting the scene for farmers' markets, artists' galleries, lovely little boutiques and some of the best restaurants in Ireland! The town is also situated on the Ring of Kerry and Wild Atlantic Way. The famous town of Killarney has an abundance of attractions, pubs, festivals and its National Park is about 35 minutes’ drive away, and though there is much to see and do here, the pace of life is still leisurely and unhurried.
