Knockbrack is a charming house 5 miles outside the town of Killorglin, off the N70, Ring of Kerry Road, close to Cromane Beach.
Perfect for couples and families, this delightful home offers off-road parking for four cars, proximity to a welcoming pub and a beautiful beach, and welcomes one well-behaved pet for an idyllic getaway.
Upon entering the property there is a spacious living room to the left, complete with a TV and a multi-fuel stove, offers a warm space to unwind after a day of exploration, with sea views from the windows providing a serene backdrop.
The large kitchen/dinner is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, with ample crockery and cutlery.
Adjacent to this, you will find a handy utility room housing a washer/dryer, perfect for those longer stays.
The property boasts five well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure.
On the ground floor, you will find double bedroom with an en-suite, equipped with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, as well as two additional single bedrooms.
The family bathroom, complete with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, ensures there is ample space for everyone to prepare for the day ahead.
On the first floor, you will find a large 20 foot double bedroom with breathtaking views over Ireland's tallest mountains and an en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
A single bedroom with an en-suite cloakroom with basin and WC is also located on this floor.
Outside, the property benefits from a non-enclosed patio with furniture, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or dining alfresco.
The lawn, dotted with apple trees, offers a serene space to relax, while the front lawn is adorned with mature shrubs, adding to the property's charm.
Close to the property, guests can find Cromane Beach, ideal for walking in the sunshine and taking a dip in the waves.
Or explore the coast further on your bike enabling you to explore this beautiful coastal region.
Jack's Coastguard Restaurant offers food and drinks, and here there is a sea swim and sauna.
Experience the rich history of Killorglin by visiting the Ballykissane Monument, a symbol of Ireland's past.

The property is ideally located for exploring Kerry and is close to Cromane beach whilst offering views over the inlet and mountains beyond.
The accommodation is as described in the listing and provided a comfortable base. However, there are a number of issues which must be highlighted. The first is that the ground floor electric shower did not work properly, as no hot water would come through. The second is the toilets which took almost 2 hours to refill, resulting in noise during the night. Finally, the property was dusty throughout with cobwebs in all rooms. The kitchen units had grease over the units and also on the cooker hood. The toaster had not been cleaned and there were dirty crockery, glasses and utensils. We had to ask for the vacuum which was in a locked room, there was a dirty sweeping brush and a very smelly mop. These issues have resulted in our assessment of the property, which would have been given top marks otherwise.
Comfortable stay at Knockbrack.
The house is comfortable and has all the amenities promised in the listing. The home managers are helpful and gave us a good tour of the house as well. The pebble beach is closeby and it is a lovely place to go for a walk or just relax at sunset. Thank you for hosting us.
